Questionnaires (on autonomy and symptoms/mental health) were completed before, halfway, and at the end of treatment. \r\n\r\nHypotheses: \r\n1. Patients with anxiety disorders show an increase of autonomy after the Autonomy treatment;\r\n\r\n2.
