That is, children created more false memories than adults when scenes needed to be remembered. In Experiment 1, 7- and 8-year-olds had higher false memory rates than adults when using visual scenes. Experiment 2 showed that gist cuing could not account for this effect. In Experiment 3, children and adults received visual scenes and story contexts in which these scenes were embedded. For both types of stimuli, we found that children had the highest false memory rates. Our results indicate that the underlying theme of these scenes is easily identified, resulting in our developmental false memory trend."}}]},{"typeName":"subject","multiple":true,"typeClass":"controlledVocabulary","value":["Social Sciences"]},{"typeName":"dateOfDeposit","multiple":false,"typeClass":"primitive","value":"2014-02-27"}]},"geospatial":{"displayName":"Geospatial Metadata","name":"geospatial","fields":[{"typeName":"geographicCoverage","multiple":true,"typeClass":"compound","value":[{"country":{"typeName":"country","multiple":false,"typeClass":"controlledVocabulary","value":"Netherlands"}}]}]},"dansDataVaultMetadata":{"displayName":"Data Vault Metadata","name":"dansDataVaultMetadata","fields":[{"typeName":"dansDataversePid","multiple":false,"typeClass":"primitive","value":"doi:10.34894/XJVTDE"},{"typeName":"dansDataversePidVersion","multiple":false,"typeClass":"primitive","value":"1.3"},{"typeName":"dansBagId","multiple":false,"typeClass":"primitive","value":"urn:uuid:4596dcf8-c4f5-4a1c-8d61-d31247f59cfc"},{"typeName":"dansNbn","multiple":false,"typeClass":"primitive","value":"urn:nbn:nl:ui:13-84dcc15c-afdf-40ea-a402-c9b74fe30894"}]}},"files":[{"description":"studie 3","label":"SPSS data Developmental Reversal Studie 3 extra versie.sav","restricted":true,"version":4,"datasetVersionId":25239,"categories":["Codeboek","SPSS data"],"dataFile":{"id":1997,"persistentId":"","filename":"SPSS data Developmental Reversal Studie 3 extra versie.sav","contentType":"application/x-spss-sav","friendlyType":"SPSS Binary","filesize":20698,"description":"studie 3","categories":["Codeboek","SPSS data"],"storageIdentifier":"surf://store:1556","rootDataFileId":-1,"checksum":{"type":"SHA-1","value":"99a3100f3b5ff961f7c71afdd05033bbfbc31593"},"tabularData":false,"creationDate":"2014-02-27","publicationDate":"2016-12-14","lastUpdateTime":"2023-07-26T13:04:57Z","fileAccessRequest":true}},{"description":"studie 3 ","label":"SPSS data Developmental Reversal Studie 3.sav","restricted":true,"version":4,"datasetVersionId":25239,"categories":["Codeboek","SPSS data"],"dataFile":{"id":1995,"persistentId":"","filename":"SPSS data Developmental Reversal Studie 3.sav","contentType":"application/x-spss-sav","friendlyType":"SPSS Binary","filesize":27947,"description":"studie 3 ","categories":["Codeboek","SPSS data"],"storageIdentifier":"surf://store:1557","rootDataFileId":-1,"checksum":{"type":"SHA-1","value":"2792005e42ff746cd96b4e239b8a46d97f2c7964"},"tabularData":false,"creationDate":"2014-02-27","publicationDate":"2016-12-14","lastUpdateTime":"2023-07-26T13:04:57Z","fileAccessRequest":true}},{"description":"Pilot studie","label":"SPSS data Developmental Reversal Studie.sav","restricted":true,"version":4,"datasetVersionId":25239,"categories":["Codeboek","SPSS data"],"dataFile":{"id":1999,"persistentId":"","filename":"SPSS data Developmental Reversal Studie.sav","contentType":"application/x-spss-sav","friendlyType":"SPSS Binary","filesize":20441,"description":"Pilot studie","categories":["Codeboek","SPSS data"],"storageIdentifier":"surf://store:1553","rootDataFileId":-1,"checksum":{"type":"SHA-1","value":"0ba52f70c6e1eeb75e2023bdde3c4ae6423e8c1e"},"tabularData":false,"creationDate":"2014-02-27","publicationDate":"2016-12-14","lastUpdateTime":"2023-07-26T13:04:57Z","fileAccessRequest":true}},{"description":"studie 1","label":"SPSS data Study 1 Developmental reversalpilot.sav","restricted":true,"version":4,"datasetVersionId":25239,"categories":["Codeboek","SPSS data"],"dataFile":{"id":1998,"persistentId":"","filename":"SPSS data Study 1 Developmental reversalpilot.sav","contentType":"application/x-spss-sav","friendlyType":"SPSS Binary","filesize":6273,"description":"studie 1","categories":["Codeboek","SPSS data"],"storageIdentifier":"surf://store:1554","rootDataFileId":-1,"checksum":{"type":"SHA-1","value":"d31107924498bd3184a4ac1f1d37fc210b9ea880"},"tabularData":false,"creationDate":"2014-02-27","publicationDate":"2016-12-14","lastUpdateTime":"2023-07-26T13:04:57Z","fileAccessRequest":true}},{"description":"studie 2","label":"SPSS data Study 2 Developmental Reversals False Memory_Versie ElienAnke.sav","restricted":true,"version":4,"datasetVersionId":25239,"categories":["Codeboek","SPSS data"],"dataFile":{"id":1996,"persistentId":"","filename":"SPSS data Study 2 Developmental Reversals False Memory_Versie ElienAnke.sav","contentType":"application/x-spss-sav","friendlyType":"SPSS Binary","filesize":31777,"description":"studie 2","categories":["Codeboek","SPSS data"],"storageIdentifier":"surf://store:1555","rootDataFileId":-1,"checksum":{"type":"SHA-1","value":"abeb5b423b5c61a78b0f27f6d7e56cde8d406417"},"tabularData":false,"creationDate":"2014-02-27","publicationDate":"2016-12-14","lastUpdateTime":"2023-07-26T13:04:57Z","fileAccessRequest":true}}]}}}
