The online eye screening will be performed in half of the participants, with support from a community nurse. The other half of the participants will not receive the online eye screening but will continue to receive usual care. The health outcomes of all participants will be monitored for one year. This will allow us to gain insight into the added value of the online eye screening.\n\nThe research data supporting the findings of this study are not publicly available due to privacy and data protection considerations. The dataset has been pseudonymized, and information relating to healthcare locations and specific medical and ophthalmic conditions has been removed from the shareable dataset. The underlying data and analysis syntax may be made available upon reasonable request, subject to assessment of the request and compliance with applicable legal, ethical, and data protection requirements.
