The dataset contains clinical information of 500 patients with primary immunodeficiencies, including diagnosis, use of medication, laboratory results and disease-related complications.\nIn the VACOPID study patients with primary immunodeficiencies were vaccinated with mRNA-1273 COVID-vaccin and responses were evaluated (antibody and T-cell responses). In a subgroup of patients a 3rd vaccin was adviced and in all patients a booster vaccination.
