dataset contains data from patients enrolled in the Utrecht Cardiovascular Cohort – Second Manifestations of Arterial Disease (UCC-SMART) study. The UCC-SMART study is an ongoing, single-center, prospective cohort at the tertiary referral center University Medical Center Utrecht (UMCU) in the Netherlands. Patients aged 18-80 years referred to the UMCU with established cardiovascular disease (coronary artery disease (CAD), cerebrovascular disease (CeVD), peripheral arterial disease (PAD) or abdominal arterial aneurysm (AAA) underwent vascular screening. The UCC-SMART study was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of the UMCU, and all patients provided written informed consent prior to inclusion.
