In the Netherlands they are used for diagnostic testing of narrative abilities in DLD-children and HI-children of 4 to 10 years. For the retelling task (by the Bus Story Test) and the telling task (by the Frog Story Test) a well-described and substantiated narrative model (Trabasso et al., 1989) is available, but valid normative data are missing or limited for the Dutch language. \nThe current research aims to collect normative data for the Bus Story Test and Frog Story Test.
