Sample preparation is daarbij een belangrijk onderdeel in de keten van sample-to-answer en is tijdens dit project de hoofdopdracht voor de analist en studenten die hieraan werken. Dit is essentieel omdat humane nucleïnezuren het sequencingproces voor identificatie van pathogenen kunnen verstoren.
