The result is four treatments with matching (CC and HH) or mismatching (CH and HC) environments. The data in this repository was measured from the offspring (F1) or grand-offspring (F2) in the four treatments.</p>\n<p>The repository contains the R-script, \"analysis.R\", that imports, adjusts, and analyzes the data. The output of all analyses are placed in the \"results/\" subfolder (created at the start of the R-script), including tables and figures.
