Hiervan zijn monsters genomen voor dendrochronologisch onderzoek. Deze zijn afkomstig van de (overwegend radiale) eiken (Quercus spp.) planken.\nIn totaal zijn twaalf monsters onderzocht, waarvan er elf gedateerd kunnen worden.\nDe monsters laten onderling een matige gelijkenis zien, met uitzondering van twee planken die uit dezelfde boom afkomstig zijn\n\nDe dateringen liggen tussen 738 en 890 na Chr. De uiteenliggende dateringen kunnen deels verklaard worden door de bewerking van het hout. Het enige monster met spinthout laat echter een geschat kapinterval zien dat rond 879 valt wat niet te verenigen is met recentere dateringen. \nSamen met de matige onderlinge gelijkenis wekt dit de indruk dat het om hergebruikt hout
