Hierbij zijn houten structuren aangetroffen die bij de werf horen.\nHet gaat hier om een dokdeur, samen met de fundering van de scheepshelling en een deel van een achtersteven van een schip. De laatste is non-destructief onderzocht. De meting bleek echter onvoldoende jaarringen te bevatten om in aanmerking te komen voor onderzoek, maar is voor de volledigheid opgenomen. Uit de dokdeur zijn vijf eiken (Quercus spp.) monsters genomen waarvoor de dateringen tussen 1668 en 1719 vallen. Vanwege de bewerkingwijze is er geen spinthout of wankant bewaard gebleven, waardoor er geen afgebakende kapintervallen geschat kunnen worden. Vermoedelijk is het hout in de tweede helft van de 18e eeuw gekapt.\nUit de fundering van de scheepshelling zijn vijf monsters gezaagd, waarvan er één onvoldoende jaarringen bevat en vervallen is. In de funderingen zijn verschillende houtsoorten en formaten gebruikt wat aan lijkt te geven dat het om verschillende faseringen gaat. Onder de houtsoorten bevindt zich eik, grove den (Pinus sylvestris L.) en zilverspar (Abies alba Mill.). Het grenen monster kan niet gedateerd worden. De twee eiken monsters dateren in 1618 en 1619. Spinhout ontbreekt, maar een kapinterval rond het midden van de 17e eeuw lijkt aannemelijk.\nHet monster van zilverspar kan in 1778 gedateerd worden en aan de hand van de wankant kan bepaald worden dat deze in de herfst/winter 1778/79 gekapt
