De ontwikkelde Soft Control Scan is bedoeld om mkb-ondernemingen inzicht te geven in de mate waarin zij ‘in soft control’ zijn en om hen te ondersteunen bij het verbeteren van Soft Controls binnen de organisatie. In het onderzoek stond de volgende centrale onderzoeksvraag centraal: hoe mkb-ondernemingen Soft Controls kunnen vaststellen en verbeteren om gewenst gedrag en een passende organisatiecultuur te bevorderen.\n\nAard:\nDe tijdens het project verzamelde data bestaat uit zowel kwantitatieve als kwalitatieve gegevens die zijn gebruikt voor de ontwikkeling van de Soft Control Scan. Deze scan is beschikbaar in twee varianten: een managementversie en een medewerkersversie. Gedurende het project is data verzameld onder managers en medewerkers aan de hand van vragen over Soft Controls binnen vijf thema’s: vertrouwen, ethisch handelen, motivatie, betrokkenheid en zelfsturend handelen. De ontwikkelde Soft Control Scan maakt het mogelijk om de verzamelde data automatisch te aggregeren tot zowel groepsrapportages als individuele rapportages, waarin aandachtspunten en verbetermogelijkheden worden gepresenteerd.
