This goal of this study is to examine whether an online, non-therapist-guided educational module ‘Grip on FND’ is feasible, acceptable and can improve understanding and acceptance.\n\nThis mixed-methods pilot included questionnaires at baseline, one month, and two months, as well as focus group interviews. The module addresses symptoms, causes (including the development of a personalised diagnostic formulation), treatment, and coping. Feasibility was assessed through adherence and engagement. Understanding and acceptance were measured using the Illness Perception Questionnaire-Revised (IPQ-R). Secondary outcomes included functioning, quality of life, symptoms, perceived control over recovery and willingness to engage in treatment.
