Analysis were done in R version 4.3.1. </p>\n\n<p>The scripts folder contains all scripts for running the analysis, numbered in sequential order. </p>\n\n<p>The dependencies folder contains data files and rdata objects created during the analysis that are necessary for the analysis.</p>\n\n<p>The Waddenmozaiek benthos data is available through NIOZ (www.nioz.nl).
