Van zes waterputten zijn monsters aangeleverd voor dendrochronologisch onderzoek. In alle gevallen ging het om eik (Quercus sp.). Vijf van de zes waterputten betroffen boomstamputten, waarvan er één (spoornr. 52) niet in aanmerking kwam voor onderzoek. De overgebleven waterput (spoornr. 43) was een bekiste waterput, waarvoor twee monsters beschikbaar waren.\nVoor vier van de vijf onderzochte waterputten kan een datering gevonden worden. Spoornr. 42 en 380 laten onderling redelijke resultaten zien. Op basis hiervan is de middelcurve 24.093.M01 gemaakt, die in 786 gedateerd kan worden. Beide metingen laten op individuele basis dezelfde datering zien. De datering van spoornr. 150 valt ruim een eeuw later in 897. Tenslotte kan de bekiste waterput in 1135 gedateerd worden. Hier is als enige (gedateerde) waterput de wankant aanwezig en kan een kapseizoen bepaald worden. Voor de overige waterputten is aan de hand van het aanwezige spinthout of de spinthoutgrens een kapinterval geschat.\nVoor spoornr. 39 kunnen geen goede resultaten gevonden
